A ticket is not a freeze. A weekend is not a court.
The work is dull on purpose. Preserve evidence. Map wallets. Ask a court only when an endpoint can be named. Invoice only after a bank, in fiat, at 12.5 percent.
- You send what you already have. Name, email, phone, and a note of what happened. Hashes if you have them. No remote session.
- Trace. Stolen coins leave a public trail. The question is whether an identifiable balance still sits with a venue that will honour a Swiss order.
- Freeze. Interim relief is how Swiss courts lock assets at an exchange. A helpdesk ticket is not that paper.
- Repatriate. If funds move, they move to a bank account you control. Only then is 12.5 percent invoiced. If there is no recovery, there is no fee.
Evaluation is a reading, not a refund. Accepted files that move at all commonly take months. Anyone quoting a 48-hour return is not waiting on a compliance team.
