The fund recovery page is the general file: money lost to a scam, international asset recovery where an endpoint can still be named, and legal fund recovery with nothing due up front. It is not a guarantee, and it is not a call centre.
Cryptocurrency fraud
The cryptocurrency fraud page covers stolen bitcoin, ether, and USDT, exchange freezes, and what blockchain tracing means on this desk. A helpdesk ticket is not a freeze. We never ask for a seed phrase.
Internet fraud and online scams
The internet fraud page is for online platforms, digital payment trails, and fraudulent trading sites. It is not a service for hacking victims in general, and it is not identity-theft restoration.
Investment fraud
The investment fraud page is the yield dashboard, the fraudulent broker, and the unlicensed platform. Romance scams, fake jobs, pyramids, fake exchanges, and the second scam each keep their own page, because the script differs even when the ledger does not.
Cross-border litigation and enforcement
The cross-border recovery page says when a Swiss court is asked, and when a local lawyer has to file. International enforcement is not automatic. Swiss legal representation for foreign fraud victims still requires a written mandate.
No win no fee
The no win no fee page repeats the fee in the terms. Nothing is payable up front. The success fee is agreed for that case and invoiced only after recovered funds reach a bank account the client controls. If nothing is recovered, there is no fee. Counsel never holds client money or client crypto.
