The form collects what a lawyer needs in order to decide whether a file can be read. It does not collect keys.

What we collect
If you send the review form we store full name, email, phone, country, optional amount band, scam type, your note, the page you sent it from, and ordinary technical metadata such as referrer and UTM tags. The Netlify function writes that record for follow-up. Do not include seed phrases.
Why
To assess whether we can look at a crypto-fraud matter, to refuse restricted-country files, and to reply. Legal bases under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection include contract steps you request and legitimate interests in running an attorney intake desk.
How long
Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to reply and, if a mandate follows, for the retention period applicable to Swiss attorneys. If we decline, we keep a short record of the decline so we do not re-open a restricted file by accident.
Sharing
We do not sell leads. Processors that host mail or the form may see the payload. If a mandate is opened, information moves into the attorney file. We do not send your note to Telegram rooms.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or a restriction, subject to attorney-file rules. Write to info@cryptojusticelegal.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Report a case
Name, email and phone are required. Do not send seed phrases or private keys.
