In Tehran, Mashhad, Isfahan, Shiraz and Tabriz, fake platforms and Telegram channels have reached people who save carefully. Being deceived is no disgrace. The disgrace would be paying the same people twice.
How the loss usually arrives
In Iran these networks mostly arrive through Telegram and Instagram: a platform with guaranteed weekly profit, an "investment adviser" who speaks like you, or an acquaintance messaging from abroad. The first withdrawal happens promptly to build trust. Then the platform vanishes, or demands a "tax" before releasing funds.
Report to FATA, the cyber police, and keep the case number. Preserve transfer receipts, chats, and transaction hashes. The complaint records the crime. It does not freeze coins held at an exchange abroad.
What a Swiss court can do
If the coins still sit at a custodial exchange, a Swiss interim order, backed by a forensic report tying your hashes to a hosted wallet, can ask for a freeze. A support ticket creates a number. A court order creates a freeze. A freeze is a lock, not a payment.
Trace first, then freeze, then repatriate to a bank account under your control. The fee is 12.5 percent, invoiced only after your bank is paid. No recovery, no fee. We never ask for payment in crypto.
Every file is screened individually
Because of sanctions regulations, Iran-related files are accepted only after individual compliance screening, and not every file can be taken. This screening happens inside the free first evaluation, and the answer is given honestly.
Anyone who calls knowing the amount you lost and offering recovery for upfront fees is the second scam. This desk never calls first, never works on Telegram, and never asks for a seed phrase, a private key, AnyDesk, or a crypto payment.

In English or Persian, whichever is easier. What happened, the platform name, transaction hashes or transfer references, and your case number if you have one.
