Reporting in Qatar
File with the Ministry of Interior through Metrash or the cybercrime department, and keep the report number. Check Qatar Central Bank warnings about unlicensed platforms. Keep the transfers, the chats, and every transaction hash.
The report establishes you as the victim of record. It does not freeze coins held at a platform outside Qatar. That is a separate legal instrument.
The Swiss instrument
When coins still sit at a custodial exchange, a Swiss interim order, backed by a forensic report tying your hashes to a hosted wallet, can ask a court to freeze them. A support ticket creates a case number. An injunction creates a freeze. A freeze is a lock, not a payment.
Three steps: trace the path from your hashes, freeze what remains at a venue a court can reach, then repatriate to a bank account you control. The fee is 12.5 percent, invoiced only after your bank is paid. No recovery, no fee. Never a crypto invoice.
Who calls you after a loss
The caller who knows the exact amount and offers recovery for an upfront fee is the second scam. Victim lists are sold as stock. In a small society, confidentiality is worth more than promises: this desk publishes nothing, never contacts you first, and never works through Telegram.

In English or Arabic. What happened, the platform, the hashes or bank references, and your report number if you have one. The evaluation is free, confidential, and written. If the file has no endpoint a court can reach, you will know early and plainly.
